AF/Armaflex sheets endless

Armacell's AF/Armaflex continuous sheets offer outstanding protection against condensation and high energy efficiency. These flexible elastomeric insulation materials are flame-retardant (B/BL-s2,d0) and integrate Microban® antimicrobial protection. They are ideal for applications in refrigeration and air conditioning technology as well as in industrial plants and are available in various thicknesses and widths of 1 meter.

The AF/Armaflex endless self-adhesive boards are high-quality EPDM rubber insulation boards that offer excellent thermal conductivity (λ ≤ 0.033 W/(m-K)) and high water vapor diffusion resistance (µ ≥ 10,000) thanks to their closed-cell micro-cell structure. They effectively prevent condensation on cold-carrying pipes and are equipped with antimicrobial and flame-retardant properties, making them ideal for use in industry, new builds and public buildings.

Special adhesive for installing all flexible Armaflex insulation materials (with the exception of HT/Armaflex and Armaflex Ultima).

The Armafix AF-4(3) pipe supports are specially developed for use with AF/Armaflex insulated pipes and offer an insulation thickness of 15.5 mm to 25.0 mm. These one-piece thermal supports prevent condensation at fixing points and are suitable for cold and air conditioning applications. They are self-extinguishing, drip and flame-free and comply with Euroclass E in accordance with EN 13501-1.

Armafix AF-4(3) pipe supports

The Armafix AF-2 pipe support from Armacell offers an efficient solution for preventing cold bridges and condensation at fixing points. This one-piece support consists of two ArmaFORM PET foams and a self-adhesive closure and fits perfectly with AF/Armaflex insulation mats and insulation tubes. It ensures thermal decoupling, minimizes energy loss and corrosion and is self-extinguishing with a fire protection class of BL-s3,d0.

Armaflex Ultima tubes standard

Armaflex Ultima hoses are flexible, closed-cell foam based on a patented synthetic rubber with improved fire-retardant properties and low smoke emission. They are ideal for insulating and protecting pipes, air ducts and containers in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, heating and sanitary facilities as well as in process plants to prevent condensation and save energy. The hoses are self-adhesive and meet the highest standards for sustainable construction and fire safety, including Euroclass B(L)-s1,d0 and FM and IMO certification.

HT/Armaflex endless sheets

ArmaFlex Ultima panels are the first flexible technical insulation materials with fire class BL-s1, d0. In the event of fire, they produce 10 times less smoke than conventional elastomeric foam insulation and offer a high level of fire safety thanks to the patented ArmaPrene™ technology. These boards are characterized by low thermal conductivity and high vapor diffusion resistance, which ensures reliable condensation control and long-term energy savings.
