PROMASEAL®-A is a water based sealant. The advantage of this environmentally friendly water based sealant is in making post installation and site clean up easier.

If installed correctly, once cured PROMASEAL®-A should not crack and it can be simply overpainted. It has a good resistance to water characteristics and some movement capabilities

Installation guidelines

It is a fire stopping sealant for joints in walls and floors with a maximum movement of 7,5%. It is also designed for use in annular gaps to seal against the spread of smoke and fire.
