Mulcol

Multicollar Slim is a 30 mm-high universal fire collar that consists of a stainel ss steel band made of 174 links and a high-quality inlay on a graphite basis. In order to achieve the desired pipe diameter, the links can easily be separated. In the event of fire, the MulticollarSlim starts foaming and creates a fire-resistant seal to adjacent rooms. In combination with the Multisealant A sealant, it is also possible to achieve a smoke-proof finish. This fire collar has been extensively tested in Europe in accordance with EN 1366-3. The Multicollar Slimfire collar is a single product for all applications. Thanks to the Multiclips and Multiscrews included in the box, one person can easily install it. Multicollar Slim forms part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal System.

Multiwrap is a graphite wrap on a roll, for the fire-resistant sealing of flammable pipes and insulation. The Multiwrap provides a fire-resistant seal to adjacent rooms. Multiwrap reacts to heat and it seals openings caused by the melting of plastic pipes or flammable insulation. Multiwrap forms part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal SystemSystem.

Multimastic FB1 and Multimastic FB2 are fire stopping boards made of a high-density rock wool core, treated with Multimastic C firestop coating on one or both sides. Multimastic FB fire stopping boards make it possible to seal off larger openings, creating a fire-resistant and smoke-proof seal to adjacent rooms. Multimastic FB fire stopping boards form part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal System. Multimastic FB fire stopping boards can also be used in combination with the Multimastic SP fire stopping mastic and Multimastic C firestop coating.

Multimastic SP is an acrylic-based fire stopping mastic for the fire-resistant sealing of openings around cable trays, pipe and cable penetrations and for glueing Multimastic FB1/FB2 fire stopping boards (together). Multimastic SP expands when exposed to heat and creates a fire-resistant and smoke-proof seal to adjacent rooms. Multimastic SP forms part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal System. Multimastic SP can also be used in combination with the Multimastic C fire-resistant paint

Multisealant GR is a graphite-based sealant that foams and insulates when heated up for the fire-resistant sealing of gaps around cable and pipe penetrations. In the event of fire, this sealant prevents fire and smoke from spreading through fire-resistant walls and floors. Multisealant GR was developed to seal inaccessible penetrations and for places where traditional fire-resistant sealants are insufficient, for instance in the case of large plastic pipes.

Multimastic C is a waterborne firestop coating based on a sustainable polymer system. Among other things, this coating is used for the fire-resistant treatment of rock wool Multimastic FB1 / FB2 fire stopping boards and around cable trays and pipe and cable penetrations. This provides a fire-resistant and smoke-proof seal to adjacent rooms. Multimastic C forms part of the Mulcol® Penetration Seal System. Multimastic C must be used in combination with the Multimastic FB1/FB2 fire stopping boards and Multimastic SP fire stopping mastic.

Multifoam 2K is an intumescent two-component polyurethane foam with fire retardant additives, for fire-resistant sealing of openings around cable trays, cable bundles, combustible and non-combustible pipes. The two-component foam prevents spread of fire and smoke in a fire through fire-resistant walls and floors. Multifoam 2K is designed for quick installation and to seal hard-to-reach penetrations. Multifoam 2K is part of the Mulcol® Multifoam 2K System. Multifoam 2K can be combined with the Multifoam Wrap to achieve fire-resistant seals up to 120 minutes on cable trays, ladders, electrical cables and cable bundles.

The Multidisc is a self-adhesive firestop disc that can be plastically shaped around small penetrations. The Multidisc expands when exposed to heat and creates a fire-resistant and smoke-proof seal to adjacent rooms.

Multitherm Bandage is a self-adhesive thermal insulation product on a roll, especially developed for the thermal and fire-resistant insulation of, for instance, metal pipes at short distances from the fire-resistant partition. Multitherm Bandage absorbs the temperature of the pipe, so that no temperature to adjacent rooms can take place.
